Prof. Dr. Oliver Yue Zhao is the Founder and President of the Oriental Wisdom Academy (OWA)—a recognised EMBA professor and influential business educator. He has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between rigorous scientific research and the timeless principles of Eastern wisdom.

Dr. Bing Han is the Co-founder of the Oriental Wisdom Academy (OWA) and the Co-founder and Chairman of the OWA Foundation. He has built his career on integrating Eastern wisdom, such as The Art of War, Liao Fan’s Four Lessons, and The Great Learning with Western modern corporate strategy, forming a practical curriculum that runs through work, business and life.
Dr. Han holds a Doctor degree of Business Administration from ISC Paris. He brings a unique perspective to leadership development, drawing from over 20 years of experience in corporate management, 10 years of venture capital, and 15 years of dedicated cultivation in inner development and Eastern classical wisdom.
With extensive experience in leadership training, Coach Han analyses and develops core courses, including Professor Zhao’s “Inner-Power Cultivation Camp” (the offline experiential event for the online course The Path to the Radiant Heart) and “Mindful Leadership”, facilitating the integration of OWA’s online courses into daily enterprise operation and personal practice, having successfully led multiple in-depth training sessions for both cornerstone programmes.
Drawing on years of organisational development, Coach Han has long been responsible for the development of OWA’s coaching team and the refinement of the academy’s learning and cultivation framework at OWA, deeply committed to teaching inheritance and building the coaching cohort. He has published books Mastering Your Life: Rewriting Your Life Script Through Liao Fan’s Four Lessons and The Wisdom of Complete Victory in Sun Tzu’s The Art of War.
